I was given the task to research security cameras in for our property and Fort Knox Home Security and Alarm Dallas was the most prompt in getting back to me and giving me a thorough run down of their equipment. Jason was very accommodating with my schedule and was very concise in walking me through the process and installation.

The Installer was very prompt in keeping the appointment. I work from home and was unable to talk with him when he finished the installation. So, he text me his # and advised me I could call him when I finished and he would walk me through the operation of the alarm.
When I called he walked me through the complete tutorial and asked if I had any questions. Hopefully I will be very satisfied with Fort Knox.

Jose was awesome – he was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. The equipment is top of the line and the overall experience was so easy! I am converting from hard wired, land line to the wireless cell technology. Being able to cancel existing service as well as land line essentially made the upgraded equipment the same monthly cost as I am paying today. The added ability to control the system remotely is what made me do the research and I found my way to Fort Knox – on day one, I couldn’t be happier.

Have just engaged Ford Knox Home Security and am very pleased with result. They are much more willing to work with clients’ special requirements than their peers. However, while management and support folks are great, I was most impressed with the front line staff that deals with the customer. James Taylor in Sales is very knowledgeable, low-pressure and patient. He goes the extra step to helping the customer understand their processes, pricing and expectations. Our installer, Sean Pelley is very experienced, friendly and one of the most persistent techs I’ve ever met in making sure that the equipment is property installed and that the customer’s expectations are met. For example, a faulty wire in one of our zones was causing mistaken signals. Sean worked at it for hours and developed a clean and effective work-around and did so with good humor throughout. They’ve assembled a great team of people that stays with you as a customer from start to finish. No need to pass from one person to another and repeat your story over and over. Recommend them highly.

Our home is 10 years old. I called Fort Knox Home Security when they was running a security special. We missed out on the special, but what I didn’t miss out was the consistent customer service. I just wanted basic alarming service. Nothing fancy. They were able to retro fit my older system with a new key system, security alarming board, and cell device. I was pleased with the time frame they were able to get the service. The security technician Jammie was very respectable, personable, and service oriented.

Great service. Great Price. Enriquey (Rickie) the installer, did an outstanding job upgrading my old land line system. Showed up early and did a great job installing a complex old system. Annual cost saving of dropping AT&T $500 per year and ADT ($50-30)x12=$200.00. There was a cost of $250 for hardware, but just a one time charge, so no big deal. I would highly recommend this company.

I LOVE this place! They are so thorough and very professional as well as personable. I first spoke with Mike, he was awesome, as i was talking to him i was pulling a huge dresser by myself out of my storage he made sure i understood everything, i gave him my monthly budget and he never tried to push anything else on me to buy. There was a confusion on my phone number and the tech was not able to come out to install on day we scheduled. I was upset, maybe it was from all the stress of moving (we just bought our first house) but i spoke with Chris and he was very accommodating and made sure there were no further mistakes, we scheduled another day and tech Joe came out yesterday, my husband was working and i was home alone with kids, he made me feel very comfortable, he was also not pushy, he made sure i understood everything and was very professional. He asked what was best for me, to place the monitor and was fast, but not like in-a-hurry kind of fast. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fort Knox i have already told several other people about them, EVEN with the confusion of my phone number, they are the BEST that was only something minor, it doesn’t minimize or take away from my amazing experience with them at all or my rating or how i was treated from start to finish. I love how the app arms & disarms everything. I also love that they are locally based, not some huge place in California or something. And the no up front fees, or surprise fees on first month bill, customer service is GREAT! 5 thumbs up from this family!!
