What qualifies as a new customer?

A new customer is someone that is within our service area (Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin areas), a homeowner, someone that has at least a 600 credit score & has signed our standard 36-month monitoring agreement.

When will I receive my referral check?

After the customers monitoring account has been activated for 30 days, we will mail you a check at the end of the month in which the 30 day activation occurs. For instance, if a custom is activated on July 6th, 30 days after that would be August 6th, so then we will mail you the check at the end of that month, August 30th.

What kind of special discounts will my referrals receive?

Referrals received through our partner channels will receive 2 months of service for free! This is especially nice for those new homeowners who already have plenty of moving expenses.

How can I submit a referral?

We really want this to be a white glove service for customers, so we have created multiple ways for you to easily submit referrals.

  2. Submit leads from our site by Clicking Here.
  3. Have your referral call the sales team directly at 855-976-5002 with your partner code

How do I sign up & get a partner code?

Signing up is easy, just click here and fill out the form. We will then review the information and email your unique partner code to you upon approval.

I lost my partner code.

No problem. Just email us at partners@fortknoxhomesecurity.com with your full name, email & phone and we will find it for you and email it back to you promptly.
